On your own - MUMS membership lets you use the basement practice rooms (all with fully working pianos), and if you want to let other people hear what you've been practicing you can always apply to play in a Friday Lunchtime Concert

Are you a pianist or organist?

Yes - as well as the afore mentioned practice rooms and lunchtime concerts for on your own playing, pianists are always needed to accompanied recitals, be the sudo-orchestra for Opera Scenes, or occasionally play in orchestra.
